The hotel is about a minute from the station and includes breakfast and an evening Welcome Bar. Its bath is real onsen water, but it is a shared indoor bath—not a room onsen, rotenburo or private bath.
Natural spring water, with hotel-side treatment
The bath is called Kannawa no Yu. The listed source is Suga no Yu in Beppu; the water is brought to the hotel, then heated and circulated through filtration. That makes this a convenient city hotel with natural spring water, not a source-fed, free-flowing ryokan bath. The men’s and women’s indoor baths are open from 3 pm until 9 am the next morning. There is no open-air bath, sauna, reservable private bath or guest room with a hot-spring bath. The east exit of JR Beppu Station is roughly a one-minute walk away. Parking is first-come, costs ¥500 per night, and cannot be reserved. The hotel accepts same-day luggage storage before check-in and after checkout.
Super Hotel’s accommodation rules restrict guests with tattoos from using the public baths. If that affects your plans, check the current policy before booking rather than assuming a private alternative exists—the property does not list one.
