Atagawa Prince has 12 bathing options, including sea-facing baths, a sauna and facilities suited to a light-travel visit. The property uses its own Tamano-yu spring. Because the source is extremely hot, water is added for temperature control; some baths also use filtration and chlorine-based sanitation.

- The hotel uses its own spring in a free-flowing system. The 99.4°C source is cooled by adding water. Some of the 12 baths use recirculating filtration, and some use chlorine-based agents for sanitation; the hotel does not say that every bath has identical treatment.
Bathing indications
The hotel lists general bathing indications including neuralgia, muscle and joint pain, sensitivity to cold, cuts, burns and fatigue. This is not a treatment guarantee.
Tattoos are not permitted, including when covered with stickers. Adult admission is normally ¥1,300, but rises to ¥1,800 in August, February and March. Children aged six and over, or at least 120 cm tall, may not use the bath area for the opposite sex. The source temperature of 99.4°C is not a bath temperature.
