Fixed temperatures for the hot baths are not published. Some baths, including Hana-no-Yu and Rin-no-Yu, list an 18°C spring-water cold bath; this is the cold bath's use temperature, not the source temperature or a fixed temperature for the hot baths.

Water handling

The hotel identifies the baths supplied with natural spring water and confirms chlorine disinfection. Water addition, heating, recirculation and other supply conditions are not fully published for each bath, so the overall supply is not described as free-flowing.

A notice dated 2026-08-07 allows private-bath-only visits. Give that newer notice and the current solo-visit booking slots precedence over older wording still present in a standing booking flow that says private-bath-only visits are not allowed. Complimentary shuttles run between the hotel and Hinone, Izumisano and Rinku-Town stations; there is no direct complimentary shuttle to Kansai International Airport. Day visitors cannot use the hotel-to-station shuttle. The current main official pages do not confirm the tattoo policy.
