Water handling

Before renovation, the official site described natural hot-spring water in the public baths, streamside open-air bath, and private baths. The 1 October 2026 reopening notice confirms three new guest rooms with open-air hot-spring baths. As of 7 September, it had not published the post-reopening water-treatment conditions for the public baths, open-air baths, or private baths, fixed pool temperatures, or the day-use access policy. Do not carry over the old facilities' conditions or describe the reopened baths as continuously supplied with spring water without confirmation.

The entire property has been closed since 7 May 2026. Its current Japanese homepage announces a 1 October reopening and three new guest rooms with open-air hot-spring baths. Old multilingual pages still show pre-renovation details such as day-use admission at ¥900, a ¥2,750 private bath for 60 minutes, and 11:00–21:00 opening hours; these are not confirmed post-reopening terms. Source temperature, fixed bath temperature, pH, spring yield, and treatment conditions for each bath have not been published. The ryokan notes that stairs are used in parts of the streamside building. Its post-reopening tattoo policy has not been confirmed.
