The inn describes the upper-floor observation baths as 100% natural hot spring. Its FAQ says the public outdoor bath and private panoramic outdoor bath use free-flowing spring water. The current pages do not itemize water addition, heating, recirculation or disinfection for each indoor pool, so the outdoor-bath conditions are not extended to every bath.
