The two public outdoor baths are explicitly described as free-flowing; the hotel uses a bamboo cooling channel to bring the hot source water to a bathing temperature. The four indoor baths also use spring water, but their individual circulation and disinfection conditions are not fully published. Do not extend the free-flowing description to every bath.

Current day-use hours are 11:00–22:00, last admission 21:00; adults ¥1,000, children ¥400 and preschoolers free. The former ¥800 price and 20:00 closing time are no longer current. Tattoos require complete coverage. The property reported normal operation after the 2026-08-14 earthquake, with no major building, equipment or main-road disruption noted at that time.
