Water handling
The public Hoshi-no-Yu has one Kin-sen indoor bath and one Gin-sen outdoor bath for each side. The inn labels them 100% natural hot spring, but does not publish full treatment details for each pool. Five designated suites have natural baths; ordinary room bathrooms do not.

Children aged 12 and under, including infants, are not admitted. There is no private bath, and the property is not fully step-free: the entrance and public bath both involve stairs. Day bathing requires advance reservation.
